[ Rex clears his throat, ears reddening a little. He knows, technically, that Poe had been watching, but he still feels oddly unused to that - the idea of being watched, in that sort of way. It's not that the notion doesn't please him, that Poe had gotten that much out of him, but mostly it makes him feel terribly embarrassed.
Not embarrassed enough to say no, though. Poe got to watch him, and he finds that he wants to watch him right back. ]
I'm not one to turn down a challenge, [ he says, covering up some of that embarrassment with bravado. Then, a little more gently, because this sort of thing actually matters to Poe: ] I want to. You can just, ah... lie down?
[ He could get on his knees, of course, but he finds he wants a little more room to spread out. ]
